Mr. Chase joined HBD as an Associate Attorney in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chase was an Assistant State's Attorney for Anne Arundel County for nearly six years, where he handled matters ranging from serious traffic, including DUI/DWI, to felony drug and violent crimes.
