Michael G. Von Sas received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Catholic University of America. Between college and law school he worked in sales roles in the wine importing business and for a technology startup. He then attended law school at the University of Baltimore, graduating in 2019, and was admitted to the Maryland Bar the same year.
While in law school, Michael was involved in the Criminal Law and Military Law Society. He interned for the now-retired Chief Judge of the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court, the Honorable Ronald A. Silkworth, and also was a law clerk at two Annapolis-area civil defense firms. Upon graduating law school, he served a term as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Alison L. Asti of the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court.
Mr. Von Sas is a member of the Maryland Historical Society and is active in Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Baltimore. He is also a member of the James A. Cawood American Inns of Court and the Anne Arundel County bar association. He resides in historic downtown Annapolis.
